This concept home was an exportation into Luxury living in a typical Miami residencial waterfront lot. As space in Miami is limited and the demand for luxury is at an all time high, We explored the ability to give that designer look to the average everyday property. With controlled perspective, and modern construction methods, we feel the ability to bring chic living to everyone is achievable.
